		<description>I wanted to thank you for the classes!  I miss it when I can&#039;t get there!  I am so excited to tell you that I pulled a pair of jeans out of my drawer that I purchased 2 years ago (it was the same size Ii was currently wearing) but they didn&#039;t fit.  I couldn&#039;t even pull them over my butt!  But after the past several weeks, not only have I been able to wear them, but they are really loose!  Good thing I lost the receipt to return them!  Can&#039;t wait to get back to class so I can tone and lose more!  Goal weight here I come!</description>

		<description>Hey, if anyone is on the 21-day Fast Fit Body transformation Eating Plan (skinnier cheater) I have a great recipe that&#039;s filling and so yummy: Brown up some summer squash, vidalia onions, red peppers, mushrooms, scallions with coconut oil spray...until kinda soft, then add ground turkey and itallian seasoning, garlic, rosemary. Cook &#039;til turkey is done. You can add some brown rice (I buy that already-cooked steam-in-the-bag brand) and throw in a bowl on top of cold shredded lettuce. You wont be disappointed.</description>
